Tubing pumps manufactured to API 11AX specifications to be run in hole with the tubing string. The plunger assembly is installed with the rod string or is inside the pump with an On/Off tool.

The standing valve assembly is either installed as a retrievable or it is stationary and installed with the pump. Various designs are available for vertical and horizontal wells. Accessories such as Swab cups, Standing valves, Pressure recorders, Dummy pumps, Screens and filters and Safety Valves.

Plunger lifts are preferred solutions in well with high gas/liquid ratio oil and gas wells. A free piston travels up and down in the tubing string of the well, and it minimizes liquid fallback.

The plunger system provided by us are a combination of a surface controller, a plunger with along with the bottomhole bumper spring and a spring-loaded receiver which is attached to the lubricator.

Our downhole technical expertise, combined with stringent quality control maximize the life of the rod string, eliminating rod on tubing wear.

Our engineers can guide you on the type of sucker rods as per your well requirement with API grade sucker rods manufactured to API 11B specifications ranging from High strength to Ultra high strength and normalized and tempered rods.

The guides manufactured with premium thermoplastics and proprietary technology ensure they suit the most demanding downhole conditions from harsh abrasives to high temperatures.

Our range of progressive cavity pump systems is used extensively on wells with high viscous crude with high sand content. 

The pump rotor is manufactured from various types of steel materials dependent on the applications with CNC screw processing equipment and surface plated with chrome to improve wear and corrosion resistance. 

The stators are manufactured from high performance elastomers providing them oil, water, high temperature and swelling resistance. Both conventional and Permanent Magnet Motors (PMM) can be provided with the drive heads. 

We provide Gas lift completion solutions using side pocket mandrels with retrievable gas lift valves.

Our Electrical Submersible pumps (ESPs) provide high downhole reliability under the toughest downhole conditions with innovative technologies including permanent magnet motors, gas separators helping mitigate gas slugs.
